Cancellation and Refund Policy

• If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the date of your activity, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid.
• If you cancel your booking between 7 days and 48 hours before the date of your activity, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount you paid.
• If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before the date of your activity, or if you do not show up on the date of your activity, you will not receive any refund. This is considered a no-show and the amount you paid will be forfeited.
• However, if you have a valid medical reason for cancelling or modifying your booking, such as illness or injury, we will offer you a full or partial refund or a rescheduling option. You will need to provide us with a medical statement of your condition, such as a doctor’s note or a prescription.
